Lesa Michel

Artist Biography

Lesa Michel moved to Mount Shasta with her husband four years ago.  They just bought The Gallery in Mount Shasta and have been revitalizing the business to showcase the beauty of the Mount Shasta and Siskiyou County area community. Lesa has been able to go back to her artistic side and bring out more of her own artwork since working at The Gallery.

"I’m drawn to express the magic and color that can be seen in our world.  I love painting mythical mermaids, fairies, and colorful images of well-known women (such as Mona Lisa, with the knowing smile)."  Lesa's artwork is very expressive and depicts an interesting way of seeing nature and images of beauty.
