Artist Biography

Mary Saint-Marie, also known as Sheoekah, has lived in the Mount Shasta area for many years now.  She is a mystic artist and poet, creating mixed media paintings that emerge from the Silence, revealing the delicate and sacred balance of the visible and invisible.  "From the deep life experiences that I’ve had, I’m able to express the balance of all I see -- earth and sky, day and night, and the sacred male and female archetypes." 

Much of her art focuses on the arising feminine principle on the planet at this time. Mary has had mystical experiences and inner visions which have brought her close to the Presence and awareness of Universal Oneness.

"My artwork combines sacred images and poetry together."  These works can be seen in person at The Gallery or in one of her four books.
